#169 Paint Your Pet's Portrait Cost: $30.00

Learn how to paint a picture of your beloved pet (cat or dog) using acrylic paints in just one afternoon. All materials will be supplied. Participant must submit a quality, close-up photo of his or her pet to class instructor at least two weeks prior to the class. Your pet photo may be dropped off or mailed in an envelope (with your name and your pet's name) at the EGS4LL office.
HELEN PAULY SHIELY is a retired reporter and columnist for a variety of Milwaukee publications including The Milwaukee Journal, Milwaukee Magazine and most recently The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel where she wrote the RSVP social column for many years. Although Helen has had no formal artistic training, she enjoys doing needlepoint, ceramics, furniture painting, and has recently taken up painting those little creatures we love the most -- our pets.
Participants must submit a quality close-up photos of his/her pet by Mon. Oct. 30.
Tuition = $15 + $20 materials fee = $35.00.
